For international orders, note the product name, item number, and any questions you may have relating to the item. Click on "CONTACT US" located on the top menu bar. Our customer service is available to take your order, answer your questions, and guide you in selecting the most suitable choices to accommodate your needs.
Forms of Payment
Visa, Mastercard, personal or company check, cashier checks, or money order in U.S. funds are acceptable forms of payment. All checks are subject to verification, which may cause delays in processing. Orders paid by personal or business check may be held until funds clear your bank. Starter checks or checks without pre-printed name and address information may delay the processing of your order for up to three weeks.
Our international customers will usually receive their orders in 3-6 days if it is sent RUSH by FedEx International service or 7-39 days if it is sent Standard. Pending customs clearance this applies to most addresses worldwide. Orders shipped STANDARD are shipped via U.S. Airmail until reaching your country, where it is transferred to that postal system. No third party mail carriers will be accepted. You MUST supply us with your e-mail address to process your order, and so we may update you on your parcel tracking. Upon the arrival of your shipment the shipping carrier will contact you for payment of customs charges, taxes, and local duties as determined by your local government. We have absolutely no control over these charges, nor additional charges applied as fees from the shipping companies. Refused shipments will not be returned to us. Since all product orders are processed immediately upon receipt, be sure your name, phone number, address, email address and requested shipping method are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to packages delivered with incorrect or incomplete address information, such as missing Apartment or Suite numbers, missing floor number, incorrect zip codes, or missing building number. To avoid shipping problems carefully check your email confirmation, as it reflects the information we have received from you, and we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information. We may be unable to change your order once we have received it, as orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We ship most orders for in-stock items the next day if we receive them by 4pm Eastern Time. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day, usually a Monday.

TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES
Dear International Customer, please be informed that as the importer of goods from the United States, you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and fees. If a package is sent to someone other than you, that person will be responsible for payment of duties and taxes. You are responsible for any item that does not clear customs in your country and both the outbound and return shipping charges for your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING LAW
The law requires us to list the price you paid as the customs amount of the package. We are also required to accurately describe the contents of your shipment.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We offer a no risk, 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange, replacement, item credit (which automatically gets applied to your next order) or send you a refund. CD, DVD, and cassettes are not returnable if the seal is broken. All returns must be in like-new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories. Items returned in less than new condition or incomplete will not be accepted as a return. Merchandise being returned for a refund must arrive altogether in one package with a copy of the sales receipt. Orders refunded shall be payable by check to the purchaser only. Though you may send your return to us via any shipping carrier you choose, ensuring that the item is delivered to us is your responsibility. Shipping charges are not refundable. The final decision regarding accepting a returned item is based on our sole discretion. Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the product you purchased from us.
